Shopping at Conway Furniture

I live in Barrie/Windsor/Toronto/London (etc.), do you still deliver for free?

Yes - Conway's prices include the HST and delivery within SW Ontario. We don't draw borders - we agree to do deliveries based on the circumstances of the order.

For example: if you have placed a large order we will make sure to organize a truck going your way - no matter what. For smaller orders we will need to ask you to be more patient for the delivery -  as we wait for more deliveries in your area, so as to keep our environmental impact as small as possible.

What is not covered by the Conway 7-year Fabric and/or Leather Protection plans?

The protection does not cover against damage/stains from Pets, intentional damage, ink stains, or acts of god. Other stains or damage are covered under you warranty for a period of 7 years from the day of delivery.

It should be noted that the Conway fabric/leather protection only provides coverage for the most abused part of your furniture, specifically the leather or fabric covering, and does not confer any additional coverage to the foam, construction, or other components beyond what is covered by their regular warranties.

Our furniture has become soiled and we did not purchase the 7-year fabric/leather protection - are we still able to have our furniture cleaned?

If you did not purchase the additional protection and your furniture is in dire need of some professional help, just call us at 519-291-3820, explain the situation, and Conway would be happy to link you up with the proper qualified technician to do the job!

I bought a chair 5 years ago from Conway and it has started to sag/get looser/make a noise/feel uncomfortable - what can Conway do?

Call us! Our staff have the ability to diagnose and service issues in your furniture, from broken springs to foam that is just 'getting old', Conway can help! If your piece is still under warranty the work will be done at no cost to you - if it is out of warranty there may be a small change just for the cost of the parts. Conway is here to help you for the life of your furniture. When in doubt just call us at 519-291-3820!

Where is Conway located?

Conway Furniture is located near the crossroads of Perth County Line 86, and Highway 21, in Listowel, Ontario. We are approximately 40 minutes from Kitchener/Waterloo and Guelph, approximately an hour from Kincardine, Goderich, London, and others. We are well worth the drive though to see our constantly changing inventory of high quality Canadian furniture products, and we will even deliver it all back to your place at no added cost!

Do you offer furniture customization options?

Yes, we do! Many of the brands we carry offer customizable options for fabric, finish, size, and configuration. Our team can help you select the right customizations to suit your space and style. Visit our showroom or contact us to explore your options.

What restrictions exist on my 'Conway Rewards Points'?

When you earn rewards points they do not become 'active' for 30 days. They are not redeemable on the original sale or any sale created within 30 days, and cannot be applied retroactively. The rewards dollars can be used on up to half of the value of a sale (max 50% of the value of the whole sale.) The rewards dollars can only be redeemed on 'ticket' prices (marked price-tag prices, before the inclusion of additional discounts).

Can you help me plan the layout of my room?

Absolutely. Conway Furniture offers complimentary in-home and in-store design consultations to help you make the best use of your space. Our experienced design team can assist with room planning, furniture placement, and product recommendations based on your home’s measurements.

What happens if a piece of furniture I buy doesn’t fit through my doorway?

You would often be surprised at how our delivery team can get large sofas into small spaces! Today most reclining furniture can be disassembled for easy delivery into tight spaces, and our delivery team is highly experienced and will do everything possible to get your furniture into your home safely. It is still important to measure your space and access points before making a purchase. If there are concerns about fit, we recommend taking measurements and pictures to show to your salesperson—we’re happy to advise or offer alternative solutions.

 

Do you price match other furniture stores?

We’re proud to offer competitive pricing and excellent value on all of our products. While we don’t have a formal price match policy, we’re always happy to discuss pricing if you’ve found the same product at a lower cost elsewhere—especially if it’s a local retailer or Canadian source.

Is all of your inventory available to view online?

Not all of it. While we regularly update our website with popular collections and best-sellers, our showroom has an even wider selection. If you’re looking for something specific or want to see more options, we encourage you to visit us in-store or give us a call—we may have what you’re looking for even if it’s not listed online.



Do you offer financing or payment plans?

How do I know if an item is in stock or backordered?

We try to ensure our website shows an accurate picture of in-stock product however we cannot guarantee the stock or pricing of any product on the website without speaking to a member of our sales team directly.If you're unsure, feel free to call us at 519-291-3820 or visit in-store—we’re happy to confirm availability and expected delivery times.

Can I return or exchange furniture after it’s delivered?

Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted on most non-custom items within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in new condition. Some exclusions apply (such as mattresses or special orders), so we encourage you to review our full return policy or speak with our staff before purchasing.

Do you offer removal of old furniture?

Yes! Removal of your old furniture is included with your purchase of new furniture on a 1:1 basis. Ie. If we deliver a loveseat we can remove an old loveseat etc. For additional furniture removal as part of the delivery process, let us know in advance so we can schedule appropriately - additional fees may apply depending on the type and quantity of furniture being removed.

Is your showroom wheelchair accessible?

Absolutely. Our showroom is fully wheelchair accessible, with wide aisles and accessible entrances and restrooms. We want everyone to feel comfortable and welcome when shopping with us.
